    Recommended

    I would recommend however there are some changes to be made, we was only able to use the à la carte steak house once and had to go very early as everyday there was no availability for reasonable seating time but other than that we were very happy with the accommodation

    Hotel was lovely and staff friendly. Entertainment during the day seemed to be towards adults and also more Spanish aimed rather than English

    It was a lovely hotel, everything was very well presented. Greeted upon arrival and taken care of right through to checkout. The room was good, however sometimes the floor felt like it needed to be cleaned again and sometimes the bedding felt a little damp but was clean. The room minibar was filled 95% of the time so had to call to get this done, the main eating hall however was ok for breakfast and lunch but was quite poor for evening dinner. We had to ask for tables to be cleared, cleaned and set, and a few occasions were told we could not sit and eat at a set table as that area was not open although there were no cleared tables, there seemed to be a few others having this same issue. The lobby bar staff were brilliant, to mention some names Theresa, Alexander and Francisco, they were always happy to see us, always smiling and seemed to love what they did. The other restaurants on resort were very good but the only one out of all that we really felt let down by was route 66, food was cold and just chucked on the plate and for an American diner the food portion was not what was expected, very small and just didn’t look appetising. Staff seemed happy generally and the hotel to look at was great. Of course the highlight of the resort was pinky the famous resort flamingo
