    Three out of four from our party had a nasty tummy bug for 3 days , ruined our holiday The staff service was awful The tui day trip was terrible , the captain of the biat syole from a guest , which cause an aweful scene , almost brook out in a fight , the csptsin was arrested on return to port, no apology or discount offered even though we were late bavk to hotel due to police interviews and missed the shopping stop on way back Shocking !!

    Although it was ok the last week we were disappointed that the adults only area of the buffet restaurant was closed due to staff shortages also the food was not always hot and a bit limited.

    First apartment given on ground floor and the patio doors would not lock so had to change rooms which took over 2 hours to resolve, we had 2 rooms and both did not have swing chairs which were standard in all rooms but ours were missing, beach was not clean and smelt and not usable due to the amount of seaweed which was not cleared daily this was very disappointing for a beach resort as it was sold, room had damp and mild patches and little bugs everywhere which were fumigated in second week of stay, the main pool was due some repair as lots of tiles missing just gave impression of lack of care and upkeep
