Food was like warm and did not change bedding while we were there

Unfortunately the rooms were not cleaned as often as they used to be at his hotel. Additionally, the mattress and their toppers were not overly comfortable and had stains. Often the single mattress sheet would move during sleep and you would be asleep on the grimey mattress topper itself. The food options were not as varied as previous visits, including for vegetarian. My wife is a vegetarian and has never had to order such for evening meals, as she had to this time. We also were not aware that to have use of hotel towels around the pool, we had to leave a deposit. Of course we got this back, but for some not aware and on tighter budgets, this could be an issue.

Could have been a better selectiin of protein at lunh and evening meal. Only available diet/ zero sugar drink at poolside bars was diet coke which isno good if yoy cant have caffiene. We did end up buying a selection of diet drinks from the supermarket which isnt ideal when youhave paid for all inclusive. The manager inforned us that 7 up zero was available from pool bar. When we requested this the staff at pool bar said the 7up was the full sugar. He even showed me the box in the cellar. When I told the manager this she went and had a full scale argument with him ( not in English). Then another staff member turns up and shows me the 7up Zero box. Of course by now we have lost all faith in whether we are drinking zero or full sugar 7 up. Not great ifypu are a diabetic.

Hardly any evening entertainment in hotel. Staff were lovely. Location very good. Food good but a bit repetative. Fast track that we paid for was not available on outbound flight.
