    Accommodation was fine room cleaning was a bit slap dash at times . Food for evening meal was very manotonis almost the same every night lunchtime was the same they have also taken away the kids section they used to have which was really disappointing when there is so many at this hotel.

    The rooms were tidied daily although not really cleaned. The toilet has no fan or ventilation at all so it was very hot and steamy at all times especially when showering. The pool area was always clean and tidy but not enough parasols to provide shade. Not enough staff at outside bar so took a long time to get a drink or food.

    Stayed in hotel before. Recent refurbishment has reduced storage and comfort. (Recurring complaint ) insufficient parasols around the pool.

    The Villa Romana hotel was amazing. The particular highlight is the staff, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hotel was clean and very kid friendly

    The hotel was lovely and the staff were all lovely. The sun bed situation and behaviour of other guests around this issue was embarrassing. I would rather not holiday somewhere where this is allowed to go on and we chose not to spend our days in the hotel. We actually witnessed people running to reserve sunbeds when we was checking out and I felt embarrassed for them.
