    Recommended

    Problem with air con in one room on arrival which couldn't be fixed and room was too hot, so had 6 in one room first night, moved to another room in the morning. After that everything was ok.

    Overall, I would rate my holiday experience 3 out of 10. My feedback is not about individual staff members, but about the overall processes and the experience we had from start to finish. * On arrival in Tunisia, the airport transfer felt unsafe. The driver was driving one-handed for much of the journey, using his phone at times, checking messages and talking while driving. There was also a TUI representative at the front of the coach, and the driver was chatting with them during parts of the journey. * In the hotel room, we had several problems in the same room: a large live insect in the bathroom, a faulty toilet flush, a dangerous hairdryer that overheated but did not blow air, a room telephone that did not work, an unsuitable setup for using the kettle safely, and a loose electrical socket between my children’s beds. * Any one of these issues on its own might be manageable, but having so many maintenance and safety problems in one room gave me very little confidence in the overall condition of the accommodation. * On the final morning, our airport transfer did not arrive. We were at reception well before the 08:35 pickup time and waited for nearly an hour. Despite speaking to reception and contacting TUI through the app, we received no useful support, so I had to arrange and pay for a taxi myself to make sure we reached the airport. For me, a holiday should give you peace of mind. Instead, I spent too much of the trip reporting problems, chasing support and worrying about things that should have been organised and working properly. That is the main reason I have rated the overall experience 3/10.

    They had not hospitality at all. No where near a 4 star didn’t even provide towels until they got took away and washed then given.

    The 3rd bed was not long enough for a teen. The floor was scarred from something. This wasn't too much of an issue to be fair
