Reception staff not helpful at all, could be rude. Shocked as no food available in evening which cause problems as hotel remote location. Unlike what is advertised it is an hour walk. Had we been better informed we would not have chosen this hotel

Accommodation was great. Very clean and the breakfast was good , lots of choice. The only thing that personally let it down for us was the fact that we were travelling for my children’s 21st and 18th birthdays. I emailed the hotel to ask if I could buy a bottle of limoncello for them to have in their rooms. They wanted to charge me €116 for this! I obviously declined. Just before we travelled they emailed me to offer us a complimentary room upgrade to a suite which of course we accepted. When we got there there was no upgrade they claimed they didn’t get my email accepting the upgrade. It was quite upsetting, they didn’t even offer us a bottle of wine for the issue so on the end my children had nothing special to mark their birthdays. Hotel staff couldn’t of cared less about anything ( reception)

Hotel was geweldig. Transavia was top. Informatie op TUI site niet correct

I Sehr angenehm. Zimmer sind sehr schön. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Parkhaus kostenpflichtig. Schöner beheizter Dachpool. Ansprechendes Ambiente welches etwas außerhalb liegt. Trotz direkter Straße davor ist es angenehm ruhig.
