From th e moment we arrive at Phapos Gardens hotel every need was taken care of. We arrived just after 11pm when the AI bar had closed but reception asked for them to serve us drinks due to out late arrival and the did this with no questions. We were given fresh sandwiches and water and shown to our rooms. All service in the hotel was exceptional, staff friendly and courteous- cleaning was a constant throughout the day from lifeguard to restaurant manager. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped with kettle , fridge , hairdryer and toiletries. Even when we checked out at 12 o’clock we were not told we could not eat at the retro drink at the bar which is a different experience we have had with some holidays. 10/10 to TUI and thank you for the great package for front line workers

It was clean but very outdated

The food was nice. All inclusive drinks were limited and food on offer between mealtimes was very limited. The hotel was in need of updating. Entertainment wasn't the best on an evening

The staff & food were very good the Hotel is dated the parts that have been updated nice we used 2 rooms problems with both AC not working Hot water not working the cleaning staff not as good as they should be clean towels and bedding do not make a clean room. We would not stay here again it is the first time we have felt like this in over 30 years holidaying abroad. Good Staff bad ROOMS do you check them

Whilst some parts of the resort were tired and old you could see that they were actively making improvements and upgrading rooms phase by phase. The hotel itself was in good clean orderly fashion offering everything you could possibly need for a great holiday.
