    Evening meals do not cater for English No one from tui or hotel to help lift heavy cases in and out of hotel( ie up and down steep steps

    All services were good, food catered for all , room spacious and comfortable bed. Hotel clean every day. Entertainment limited due to the age group of guests but still enjoyable.

    The hotel is ideally situated on the lake, making easy access to walk along the promenade. The hotel itself could do with a revamp. The room was spacious but the bathroom was looking a bit tired. The cleaning staff were very friendly and hard working especially in the heatwave. The only thing we were not happy about is that our room didn't get cleaned until really really late afternoon ( 3.30 -4.00 pm ) and one day got forgotten so we had to ask for it to be done. After that we did get it cleaned early a couple of times. It would be nice if the cleaners could alternate there times so all guests got a chance for their rooms to ready so they didn't have to hang about if they needed to go their rooms , just to have a break from the really seriously hot weather ( 45 deg ) and go sit in room for some air conditioning. Breakfasts at the hotel had a good choice of food, Evening meals also a good choice but very repetitive. Staff in the restaurants were really friendly. Apart from those little gripes, we had a very nice holiday

    Excellent food . Plenty of sub-beds and brollies. Very helpful staff in hotel. Pool towels and bottled water provided in rooms . Free drinks all day from machines around hotel. Toiletries provided. Rooms cleaned every day.
