The room was fine with a nice balconey and view, but all of our issues were related to the dining experience. Every meal time was extremely unpleasant, and the quality of the food was terrible. The worst we've encountered in almost 30 years and never worth anything even close to 3 stars. We were not informed that this was a family friendly hotel and also a dog friendly hotel, both of which caused great inconvenience and disruption. We were so disappointed with the dining situation that we found we had to go elsewhere to eat on 4 separate occasions. Tui should not be sending guests to this hotel.

Gym equipment not maintained well and most was unusable. Water eas chargeable at dinnertime but free at all other times, this was annoying.

Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel, gratis wellness aanwezig (zwembad, sauna, stoombad, buitenzwembad). Goeie ligging, een aanrader!

Accommodation was perfectly adequate and met our expectations.

The hotel is noted as being four star, the pool and spa area was good, however,the room was tired with a curtain having off the curtain rail, beds not changed, dusty headboard, very tired bathroom (with a repair in the sink) and only one bedside light not properly connected to the wall and being loose in the fitting. We asked for a second light but it did not materialise. Waiters were mixed in their attitude to service, seemingly not caring about serving the first and second courses. Tap water was not available in the restaurant- only bottled water which was chargeable.
