    Minimalistische Hotelausstattung (keine Eierbecher, keine Behälter für z. B. Marmelade, fast nie Kaffeelöffel verfügbar etc.), nirgends klimatisiert ( stattdessen billige Ventilatoren), Trennung von Rauchern und Nichtrauchern (was in keinster Weise ein Problem darstellt), allerdings nicht genügend Tische für Raucher. Morgens zum Frühstück die Tische im Aussenbereich weder abgeräumt, noch sauber. Personal weder freundlich noch unfreundlich. Essen nicht vergleichbar mit anderen 4Sterne Hotels in anderen Ländern.

    The TUI website states that \"all rooms have a sea view\". This was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. We were very disappointed when our room was a garden view. We couldn't see the sea at all. People were sunbathing right in front of our room patio doors. We had no privacy as there was no net curtains so everytime we were in our room we had to draw the curtains. Not good at all. It did ask at reception could we have a room with a view and was told \"you booked a room with a garden view\" This was not the case as I always book rooms with a sea view. Very disappointed because the hotel itself was lovely. I would not go to this hotel again because not all rooms have a sea view.

    “Pestana Ocean Bay ALL INCLUSIVE”

    Unlimited drinks and food corners and extremely friendly staff. Every day a new fun activity outside the restaurant organized by a great animator. Every day different yet joyful evening performance.
