    the rooms was dirty I was having to clean every time we come back from the pool, hotel staff was very rude and rude to English citizen, they let everyone push in front when sometimes we could be queuing for 30 mins, the same rules should apply to everyone and they let other citizens from different countries get away with everything.. the bar man was awful with my daughter who fractured her foot they was rude let people push infront of her the lack of empathy and respect from this hotel was shocking especially when it was there fault she hurt her foot and we was in hospital

    Great range of rooms available, from been in the thick of it and rooms a little quieter further away from the main attractions. If going jungle aqua park. The site does not provide much detail as to where the room located in respect of the hotel which was vast. Did see parents with buggies on the first floor with no lift, and then just couples on the ground floor. Same size accommodation but would think to put parents with small children on the ground floor.
