    My personal experience was not great because on arrival the hotel could not find our booking for 15 minutes, so I had to be pulling out all emails to show I had a booking, then told that we can't go into rooms until 3 o'clock booking in time so if you have an early flight you have to wait in lobby & later taken to an awful room overlooking a carpark which was not a Deluxe garden view room.This all happened on arriving.The hotel itself is very clean but room service is not and the rooms are not cleaned properly which we had to keep asking to be done so.Our fridge was not filled with drinks we found out 5 days later that they should be & other people staying there was getting this service whilst our TUI Rep said it doesn't happen at this hotel. The drinks are watered down and not all drinks are in your all-inclusive.The hotel is aesthetically pleasing & beautiful pool's to look at, also some very nice staff which makes your experience better after the rudeness on arrival.

    Lovely hotel very clean. Good service provind you tipped waiters, ignored you if you didn't, easy enough to get your own drinks though

    Brilliant Hotel, excellent staff, good choice of restaurants, all with good choice of food, rooms were good, bathroom needs a little updating, and carpets were a trip hazard and not necessary but overall very good
