Great hotel and location. Staff very attentive and good selection of food and drinks. Entertainment was spot on keeping our 3 kids entertained as well as us big kids at times also. Pool was spotless and cleaned every morning before opening

Great apartment for me and my daughter plenty of space

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. The quality, variety, and availability of food throughout our holiday were excellent, with something for everyone at every meal. The all-inclusive package was great value, offering a wide selection of drinks and plenty of bar snacks throughout the day. The entertainment team did a wonderful job, with fun pool games and activities that kept guests of all ages engaged and entertained. The atmosphere around the resort was always friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and staff were available at all times to assist with anything we needed. The waiters and waitresses were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The local excursion representatives were also excellent, providing helpful advice and making it easy to book and enjoy trips and activities in the area. Overall, this was a superb holiday experience with outstanding service, great facilities, and a fantastic all-inclusive offering. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Big room living room and bed room

Poor condition, although booked as budget option, I would still expect the hotel to be in a good condition based off a Tui booking. Asked on arrival for upgrade options and was met with a friendly reply that led me to believe no better options were available which was fine, however, the rooms were very dated, internal doors struggled to close, when they did they wouldn’t lock(bathroom), balcony doors awkward to close, door trims falling off, no shampoo or body wash in shower, general condition of the hotel was not what I expected from the Tui brand, again I appreciate I got a budget deal but if I paid full season price I would have complained. Didn’t see a rep from Tui however we were mainly out and about, strange arrangement of being stopped in the restaurant and waited to be seated, food was mediocre by all inclusive standards, staff were nonchalant, not unpleasant but few were welcoming, those that were made a good impression. Location was fair, good proximity to the coast, amenities and the free bus to Siam which was a great addition and the basis of choosing this deal, without the waterpark access included this would have been an awful experience from what I expect from the Tui brand. Wouldn’t return to Playaolid, would go back to Tenerife, will continue to use Tui if the right deal is found. Thanks
