I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everyone was very kind, friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. All of the staff were polite and helpful, and communication was very easy because everyone spoke English well. I also really appreciated how easy it was to book excursions. They were happy to help international guests, including Polish, Ukrainian and other nationalities, and everything was explained clearly. I was very happy with my room as well. It was comfortable, clean and well looked after. The room was cleaned regularly, and everything was always tidy when we came back. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the hotel. The friendly staff, good service, clean room and welcoming atmosphere made my stay very enjoyable.

We were moved for 2 nights as there was a plumbing issue but as a gesture of goodwill they upgraded us to all inc The hotel receptionists at the POLLIS were outstanding nothing was too much trouble for them The 1st hotel HHEROSSINIS PALACE was 5* but nit as intimate friendly or personal Receptionists just doing a job !!

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Opieka rezydenta była bardzo dobra, a kontakt i pomoc na wysokim poziomie. Oceniam pobyt bardzo dobrze. Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna. Dużym plusem było to, że mimo zakończenia doby hotelowej pozwolono nam zostawić opaski i nadal korzystać z ogródka oraz innych udogodnień. Jedzenie było bardzo dobre i różnorodne. Cały pobyt oceniam zdecydowanie na plus.

“Allgemein”

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich schön, allerdings leider nicht sauber. Die Balkontür war sehr schwergängig. Das Buffet war fast jeden Tag gleich, beim Frühstück gab es gerade einmal zwei Sorten Wurst und zwei Sorten Käse. Die Cocktails waren leider ungenießbar. Besonders enttäuschend: Wir haben für 8 Tage bezahlt, trotzdem hätten wir für das Mittagessen extra zahlen müssen. Insgesamt leider sehr enttäuschend und für den Preis nicht das, was wir erwartet haben.
