Rooms out dated only one plug socket in room. Food wasn’t grate at all eat kids club was only on for 15min twice day wasn’t much for kids to do ie photos showing kids room never open

It was very basic for a 4 star, things broken around the hotel, only 1 plug socket except for bathroom and it was hidden behind the fridge. My son slipped on a wet floor there was no signs up. Lifeguard failed to notice a teenager drowning

The lifts were small for a wheelchair and were often being repaired. There is a service lift but when I asked at reception if there was another lift we were told no. The TUI rep showed us were it was and said we could use it if we needed to. The reception/pool toilets had lights with movement sensors which often went off when using the facilities. The taps did not work and the lock on the disabled toilet did not work. This problem was reported twice but never repaired. The food was ok but only luke warm so I used the microwave to warm up our food. The pool bars food was ok but again the fries were left under a heat lamp and were not fresh. The staff were lovely especially in the restaurant and the TUI rep was really good. There was entertainment for children and the pool was always clean. Although in terms time there were a lot of school aged children at the hotel. The hotel is a short stroll to shops and bars and 10 mins to the beach. There are dropped kerbs for wheelchair use. Shop mobility type buggies can be hired but often they had been hired by able bodied people too lazy to walk.

Accommodation was ok, rooms are very small not enough storage space for a family of 4 had to keep majority of the clothes in the suitcases, sometimes the key card didn’t work to get let in the room, there was only 2 lifts in the hotel, was slow and hardly any space, had to carry the children in the prams Down the stairs, food was repetitive, not much options for my daughter ( dairy free) people allowing children to throw water of the balcony which hit us a few times was reported but was a slight language barrier, never seen the tui rep or the tui children’s entertainment, no one came round to see if our children wanted to be included or to be played with, floats aren’t allowed in the pool so my children couldn’t go in as they are young and can’t swim without anything to help them keep afloat, childrens Disco was on late and was only on for half hour, we didn’t get to use the theme park tickets as my children was under the ride limit.

The pool was mouldy, the staff were rude and tried to prevent me from making a complaint
