Poor view put in alleyway between buildings no sea or pool view,noisy at night from bar opposite, room patio doors constantly left open by maids after we closed making room .vulnerable to theft from balconies next door,had to ask for bed sheets as throw only given,need more lifts, sunbeds outside to close together and to many with no tables,little pool animation same most days,food for late arrivals very poor with only soup and a sandwich and no drinks except from bars so had to get first so after long transfer went to bed hungry, breakfast was poor selection compared to rest of day which was good. Beach not sand and quite dangerous when entering water because of sharp and slippy rocks which could be cleared or more ramps in. Spa was good but made uncomfortable by Asian girl trying to make indicator she wanted someone in her life to be a partner and maybe come to UK, Nisan girl on bar was excellent always fun and happy and interacting with us others less so. Nightclub was poor think someone was dealing upstairs saw couple of times and they made swift exit,DJ to high up so can't request music, Russian guests were often offensive and rude and impatient with us and Staff which made things uncomfortable,sad to see them there after watching news of bombings in the room. No luggage room so people digging through cases in hallways and changing clothes and lack of security yet whole room given to Rep desks and a whole seating area where they could base themselves not being used, so more comfortable for the Reps than the guests. The Entertainment at night was poor and most views were very poor because 7 trees were in front of the stage and so everyone after the seats with best views,should respite the stage next to animation booth facing eating areas and could be smaller as acts were only small acts anyway then the other original area could be an area for relaxation and more lighter entertainment or outside dining experience with candlelight tables. Entertainment started to late to with kids play early on then main at 10,should be 8 to 9 kids 9 onwards for adults. That all being said we had a great holiday and timed to remember and new friends made and will go back again to this hotel or TUI Blue and telling you these things not to complain but to make experience even better.Cheers Mark Hardwick

On arrival at my Hotel I was given a room for a disabled person (wheelchair accessible room) where all the fixtures were low down the walls , I told the receptionist this was unacceptable and the reply I got was the hotel was fully booked and if I didn’t like the room I was told I could sleep outside all this after travelling for nearly 48 hours . I contacted TUI customer service in London to try and rectify this issue ( Ticket **********) finally at 14:00 on the Sunday afternoon I was given another room Thanks to your in-house REP .

Accommodation was brilliant. Excellent staff and entertainment team made the stay very enjoyable, especially morning stretches with Rose and friendless of Memo. Room was a twin not double as booked but soon rectified on arrival. Room slightly small, poor lighting but overall good for price and need.

Prime beach is an excellent choice of hotel for all ages we’ve been there twice and will be booking again for next year
