A superb hotel.Great staff...Great accomodation...Great food...Great entertainment...Great drinks...Great, Totally.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was outstanding.

Hotel was excellent value. Food was definitely above average for an all inclusive buffet hotel. Beer and wine were acceptable, but disappointing that some cocktails were made from machines and turned out like slush puppies. Staff were very good and service was swift. Entertainment was acceptable, with something on every night. Overall we had a lovely holiday at this hotel and resort SA Coma 👍

1/ Air conditioning was controlled centrally, which wasn't included in the hotel info. Therefore it meant the air conditioning in our room was either on or off and at night was far too cold. We spoke to maintenance who said it was set at 16 deg 2/ The bathroom door (which was adjacent to the bed) was opaque which meant you could see the silhouette of whoever was in there 3/ We could not watch the TV in our room as it continually buffered. The man who came to sort it out said there was nothing to be done as TV reception was dependent on the dish on the roof 4/ Evening restaurant times in the TUI info said it was 6.30 pm until 9.30pm but it closed at 9pm every night. 5/ No bottled water was provided in the room at all. An empty bottle could be filled by the bar or snack bar staff and we were advised to buy water from the supermarket opposite the hotel. OK for us as we arrived during the day but had we arrived late at night we would have been extremely upset not to be able to have drinking water overnight 6/ The wine included within the All Inclusive option was from a tap in the restaurant. We tried it and sometimes it was OK but others it had a fizz to it or was very cloudy. The beer was ok as we are used to that coming via a tap. The Cava from a bottle was by far the best option 7/ No fresh orange juice at breakfast. Only the fizzy drink option or fruit juice that was far too sweet 8/ Sun beds were crammed together and often the gap wasn't sufficient for you to get off the bed - it was necessary to shuffle to the end of the bed. 9/ Swimming pool is too small for the number of guests and was always heaving with children and adults and we constantly had to dodge inflatables and ********** being thrown across the pool. 10/ And finally the lack of a cool welcome drink when we arrived at the hotel after a long and very hot coach trip.
