The TUI online info said there was a shop and indoor pool on reading when away. Which there is not. This was not an issue but TUI should advertise accurate information and check it out. There was no rep from TUI or info seen. The staff at the hotel were lovely - friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant could offer a few more vegetarian options especially in local food. Although what I did have at the large restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but at times some things ran out before the end of service such as boiled eggs and scrambled eggs but staff helped when they could and did as much as possible to help. Pool and private beach area kept well. The spa good and I enjoyed a hammam. Staff lovely to the animals that leaved around the hotel like cats and dogs. Cleaning was good daily. Two large tvs in the lodge we stayed in and it was well equipped with a fridge and coffee maker. We asked for a kettle and had one put in the lodge for us. We had large bottles of water given to us at the beginning of the holiday and most of the week. We do drink lots of coffee so bought extra pods and milk to use. No complaints about the hotel. They helped With taxis to Agadir and to the airport. Would return again. The yoga, Pilates and stretch classes on 4 of the 6 days we were there for and were good. The gym was well equipped too.

The accommodation was in the perfect location for us for surfing, the bungalows felt private and relaxed, the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel had great facilities and nice restaurants.
