The queues for the return flight at the airport were bad. Having to stand outside for an hour before getting into the departure lounge to be greeted by another queue that took another 45 minutes to get through. Not happy at all with that.

Mostly good. However we the room service was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes we got towels sometimes not. No tea bags refreshed all week had to keep asking. Breakfast OK. bit average. Awful awful Muzak at the pool meant we couldn’t stand being there which was a shame as the pool itself was nice.

Need to train staff better. Very polite but no experience
