Hotel was good . A bit cold in decor for Greece . Young staff very nice . Manager not so great . Attention to detail lacking at times

Brilliant hotel in terms of location, cleanliness and staff. However the hotel breakfasts were poor. Cold cooked food, poor quality tinned fruit, no proper coffee. Crockery not replenished quickly , poor counter layout and some items inaccessible as they were out of reach .

Asked for upgrade and cake not done room small 3 people daughter had small sofa bed which creaked all night no room for 3 peoples clothes and cosmetics

Excellent staff

Room was reasonably clean. Bathroom floor was flooded after every shower. Making it slippy and difficult to access for hours without paddling in 2 - 3 inches of water. No shelf to put toiletries in bathroom. No storage for clothes apart from wardrobe hanging that was not long enough for dresses to hang without creasing the bottom. Staff were not trained in first aid and when incident occurred with pool edge tile breaking/collapsing and husband’s foot went through and down around 2 foot causing cuts and considerable swelling on his shin young staff on duty didn’t know what to do and there was no manager on site. It took three requests from us before they contacted management. No apology about accident. Many people were unhappy with hotel, rooms and not particularly helpful staff. Breakfast buffet not kept hot enough ie eggs, beans any heated food was barely lukewarm.
