Very run down no kettle in room and basic breaakfast

Very poor run down hotel. It was supposed to have a pool bar which should have been open daily. When arrived noticed no one around the pool area totally deserted. When we asked what times this was open was told No it is closed. The pool area was very run down cracked and broken old dirty metal frame beds pool never cleaned. Kids area a joke weeds growing al round a couple of old broken plastic houses. Breakfast same every day stale bread because this wasn't refreshed each day. Only saw a total of 4 people working there all week. After check in never had any interaction as No need to go in. On the plus side we was given a room in the other block which was just across the road and this was very nice and suited our needs.

We got upgraded due to no wifi lovely little modern alpartment

Hotel should have sent transport after we had got dropped off half a mile away late at night. Massive struggle for us as we have health difficulties.

The Rena was actulaly the Villa Dolphin next to it for us. So not the same as advertised - but from what we can see we had the better deal. This was no B&B for the English.
