    I booked a room with balcony and requested a high floor. The description was very vague at booking and I had assumed I’d have some kind of view as I booked room with balcony. Unbeknownst to me there is different levels of rooms as in room types. This was not conveyed to me at bookin as I would have opted for another dwellable room. This was my 5th time coming to Revoli. I was given a room on a low floor facing a wall and barbed wire. Felt like I was in a prison and totally ruined our holiday. I asked for room change and this could not be facilitated. I met with rep on site and informed him of our concern about low floor and how we were exposed to someone smoking weed constantly around us and we couldn’t sit on our balcony in the evening. The smell was so strong that we could smell it in our apartment. My husband has heart problems and this environment was not ideal. He didn’t seem very interested. I got a text back from TUI stating they could not offer us another room. Not good enough. I’ve been a customer with TUI for years now and I will never book with TUI again. Holiday we saved up for and was looking forward to for so long ruined.

    “Härliga Revoli”

    Vi bodde på ett av de bästa hotellen i Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, bra promenadavstånd åt alla håll, stränder som restauranger och affärer. Vi hade inte beställt mat på hotellet, så vi vet inte hur utbudet är gällande detta, men Pina Coladan i baren var otroligt god!
