    Fabulous spacious room, we had a sea view. The housekeeping team, it was our wedding anniversary and the decorated the bed, also every day there was a new animal made out of the towels 😊

    Our accommodation was a Junior Suite with balcony view and it was very spacious and had all that we needed. The cleaning staff who cleaned the room left us a towel display and flowers which was really great to see

    RIU Sri Lanka. Absolutely perfect in all areas. Could not fault anything about the hotel. Best RIU we have ever stayed in.

    Rui hotel and staff and service was amazing! In particular Marshall and Chaminda were great! As was our TUI rep Gerrard! Amazing!!

    Superb accommodation, staff were very friendly and lovely. The hotel was very clean and easy to navigate. The dining guest liason was very good too, booking us into the other restaurants on the weekend when the locals came in to ensure that we would be comfortable. The entertainment team were fantastic, different shows every night. A lot of different cultures shown too. The bar staff were excellent. They remembered our drinks and bought them to us as we sat down at a table. Housekeeping was amazing, a different towel model every day. Which was lovely to see and very clever. The TUI rep which we had was also brilliant, booked us on to an amazing two day trip around sri Lanka. He also would check on is every couple days to ensure that everything was alright.
