    When we needed to check out at 12pm all inclusive ended then, even though 6 hour wait for transfer to airport, terrible service

    Hotel is very isolated. There's a small shop nearby which sells drinks and snacks but nothing else. Any excursions involved lengthy bus rides. We enjoyed swimming off the rocks (beach is 30 min walk or a bus ride away). The food was fine (we did half board) but not as good as other hotels we have been in with TUI. For the price, we expected eggs cooked to order for breakfast, at least. Our room was nice; worth paying for the sea view.

    Upon arrival, well after midnight, after a delayed flight, we were told all inclusive was finished. We went to bed hungry and thirsty. There is no water provided in the rooms, guests have to fill their own water bottles from dispensers on each floor, the water in the dispenser was tepid. We had no way to cool our water, as we discovered on day 5, that the fridge in our room had been switched off. There are flies in all communal areas of the hotel, including the lobby bar, restaurant. In all external areas there are flies and wasp including the pool bar, outdoor restaurant seating. On our final day we were told that all inclusive ends when you check out. As it was 10am and our transfer was at 6pm we had no way to buy refreshments, the lobby bar does not accept cash. I explained to reception that we had lost all inclusive on our first day completely, as we arrived well after midnight, and all inclusive was revoked at check out. So whilst we paid for 7 nights all inclusive, we received 5. The hotel reception said this is policy. I waited around to speak to the Tui hotel rep, who didn’t arrive at the hotel all day. I’ve raised a complaint withTui, who have refused to do anything about this, as I raised this when I arrived home, not in the resort!

    Every problem we encountered was sorted professionally and promptly. You can't check in until 3pm even if on an earlier flight. We arrived at the hotel at 12 mid day to be told our room would not be ready until 15.30. it was available at 14.30
