    The hotel was nice overall, although I was expecting a little more from a 5-star Rixos property. Unfortunately, our first impression wasn't the best, as the corridor leading to our room had missing ceiling tiles and a plant placed in the middle due to ongoing maintenance work. The room itself was spacious, modern, and comfortable. At first glance it appeared very clean, but on closer inspection there were several areas that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The pool area was a real highlight, with plenty of space to relax and direct access to the sea. However, one downside was that locals and other non-guests seemed able to enter the resort without any visible security checks. This meant staff spent much of the day asking children to leave the pool, which created a less relaxing atmosphere than expected. The standout feature of the hotel was the staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, and their excellent service made a positive difference to the overall experience.

    Lovely people lovely hotel - the staff were great but I believe they needed more as they were very busy and you had to chase orders and also look for people at the pool to order

    The hotel was beautiful and clean. Although it was extremely expensive. Also, the overseas staff need further training in customer care and health & safety.
