    “Beautiful Setting, but the Service Doesn't Match the Premium Promise”

    We stayed at Rixos Premium Göcek for a week and had an enjoyable holiday overall thanks to the stunning location. The sea is crystal clear, the Secret Beach is beautiful, the food quality is generally very good, and the birthday surprise with a bottle of champagne and a handwritten card was a thoughtful touch. Having stayed at Rixos Premium Belek last year, we chose Göcek expecting a similar experience, especially as both hotels carry the same five-T TUI rating and the same \"Rixos Premium\" branding. Unfortunately, we found the level of service to be noticeably different. Restaurant service was consistently slow, with drinks and even some food orders taking a long time or never arriving. The complimentary boat trip was delayed, shortened due to technical issues, and the boat itself felt old and poorly maintained. Access to the Secret Beach often involved long queues for the shuttle boat, and one afternoon there were no available sunbeds, with staff suggesting we pay extra for a private beach area if we wanted to guarantee a place. The rooms also felt dated, with very few power outlets and no bedside table on one side. The evening entertainment could also be improved. Every night featured slow, melancholic music, which made the atmosphere feel rather subdued instead of creating the lively atmosphere you expect from a premium resort. Our checkout experience was also disappointing. The hotel's AI assistant displayed an incorrect checkout time, resulting in repeated calls, messages and pressure from staff to leave the room earlier than expected. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in an exceptional location, but we don't feel the level of service matches what you would expect from a premium five-star resort. If you choose this hotel based on TUI's five-T rating, be aware that, in our experience, it does not deliver the same premium standard that the rating suggests.

    The accommodation we had booked was lovely very clean and to a high standard. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a villa for the last 3 nights which was fantastic.
