    TUI Rep & Welcome meeting- all I have to say is it was non-existent. Reception Staff
- The reception staff were consistently dismissive. On more than one occasion we were ignored while waiting to be served, only to watch other guests who arrived after us receive assistance first. Basic queue management should not be difficult. It felt as though the only way to get served was to be the loudest or pushiest person in the room. Restaurant Booking System
- The restaurant booking system is completely impractical. Guests are expected to queue at Guest Services before bookings even open, simply for a chance to secure a table, with no guarantee of availability. As a family of nine staying in three rooms, it was impossible to use the AI booking system effectively. A hotel catering to families should have a much more suitable process for larger groups. Late Dining Time
- We were eventually offered a table at 9:00 pm despite travelling with two two-year-olds and a four-year-old. It is difficult to understand why Guest Services considered this an appropriate dining time for a family with young children. Land of Legends Booking
- When booking our visit to Land of Legends, we clearly explained multiple times that our party consisted of nine people across three rooms. However, only two rooms were included in the booking. The staff member appeared distracted and uninterested throughout the process, making it unsurprising that the booking was incorrect. This caused unnecessary inconvenience that could easily have been avoided with better attention to detail. Turquoise Restaurant Service
- Getting a drink during meal times here was unnecessarily difficult. Sometimes we were offered drinks, other times we had to get them ourselves. Even when drinks were ordered, they often failed to arrive. Given the number of staff working during service, this level of service is simply not acceptable. Food Stations Closing Early
- The restaurant advertises opening hours of 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, yet food stations were already being closed from around 8:30 pm. When this was raised with staff, the response was dismissive and included the sarcastic comment, \"I'll make you some tomorrow.\" This is not the standard of customer service we expected and was both unhelpful and disrespectful. - We intended to purchase photographs taken during our stay. We spent time selecting the images we wanted but unfortunately ran out of time to complete the purchase that evening. We politely explained that we would return the following morning. The photographer's response was unnecessarily rude and made us feel as though we had done something wrong. As paying guests on holiday, we should not be pressured into making an immediate purchase. His behaviour left a very negative impression and was completely unprofessional. Positives- 
Not everything about our stay was disappointing. The sports team were outstanding throughout our holiday. They were friendly, enthusiastic, engaging, and a real credit to the hotel. We genuinely couldn't fault them. The pool staff were equally excellent. They were attentive, hardworking, and always willing to help. In particular, the team members on rollerblades serving around the pool, along with the gentleman responsible for the sunbeds and umbrellas, consistently went above and beyond to provide exceptional service Overall, while there were some excellent members of staff, they were unfortunately overshadowed by poor organisation, inconsistent service, dismissive attitudes, and a lack of attention to guests' needs. For a hotel charging premium prices, the overall experience fell well below expectations.

    Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Hotel und können das Hotel bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Deutsch Kenntnisse sind etwas gering, etwas Englisch sprechen zu können ist empfehlenswert

    Perfect hotel with something for everyone. Daily activity timetable sent to you, à la carte restaurants were booked on the day so weren’t booked up for weeks before you got there, gym classes, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, amazing beach front, buffet was amazing. Kids loved the kids club we couldn’t keep them out of there. Evening entertainment was great. Main buffet was amazing with something new each night. Couldn’t fault it
