    We had a lovely room and was cleaned well every day. Breakfast was okay, but Disappointed with the evening food, would not recommend half board. Also, experienced a number of negative attitudes from the staff in the restaurant and staff working in at bar area.

    Recommended

    It was located at a significant distance frim hotel and spa up a very steep slope. The kettle in room had gunge inside and i had to clean it out. No milk was provided ( even when we asked) and tea/sugar not replenished. Sink only produced hot water and toilet flush kept sticking. Pillows were awful. Room was a good size in a quiet pleasant courtyard shower was good and towels changed everyday and bed made.

    The description doesn’t match the hotel, for example there are not 13 usable swimming pools, the tennis court is churned up, the restaurant options are 1, not 3 as suggested. During the holiday we were asked to move to the breakfast room to accommodate a wedding. The ala carte restaurant was not for half board, even as an added charge. Water or wine were not included and we spent hundreds of pounds on water, as the food was always highly salted. The mountain bikes are not there and wouldn’t be safe on those roads. The beaches described are not accessible or available without us paying €100 per visit, only small sections are free. We didn’t have or see a TUI rep, other than to point us to a cab or ferry, and when we asked any questions about the transfer they didn’t know the answer (times. duration, mode of transport- basic stuff)
