Although it offers Diamond Club I felt it was not necessary as the hotel itself offers excellent service. The Royalton app offers a real easy way to communicate and avoids morning q to book the restaurants. Also when issues came up such as no ironing board in the room it was a simple few clicks and then you were updated on the progress. Therefore for people without a smart phone it might be more complex. The WiFi was excellent throughout the site so no need to come off airplane mode to communicate with home. The entertainment was brilliant and even included live acts in the day by the pool rather than constant DJ music.

Show moreYes absolutely, my experience with hotel staff was really good and they tried everything to make my accommodation better, apart from the tipping which was OK but unless they seen money in your hand they wasnt very helpful!..
Show moreI love the Royalton hotels, the spacious rooms, extremely comfortable large beds, and Jacuzzi baths add affordable luxury we all crave when seeking a well earned break from the daily grind. The staff are friendly and helpful and the choice and quality of food fabulous along with the entertainment programme with a little something to suit all ages.
