The hotel looked very tired, and the staff weren’t as helpful as in other places I have stayed - the cleanliness of the whole hotel leaves something to be desired, there was no pool area clean at the end of each day, tables etc weren’t wiped at any point. Staff were tired and snappy and no one really told you where to go or what to do - the food its self was very Spanish and absolutely beautiful - so couldn’t fault that. The room clean was basic at best - and no tea or coffee was restocked the whole time I was there - and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the the towels changed and bed made which was a shame. The activity staff are very good at what they do, although there is only two of them but they concentrate on the younger girls and people that they have met before - went on a hike to the lighthouse on one day and they left me behind, as I had walked a few metres away - I could still hear them but when I went back to the group where they were, they had already left and left me behind- they didn’t even know I was no longer with the group! This could have ended very badly however I am a hiker so walked back the way that we had been bought - they said that they sent someone back for me but I did wait for them a few minutes in case that was the case but alas nope!!! Not a great, and quite disappointing!

So peaceful and again all staff were superb

Our room was tiny with very little room to store our clothes for a week. I would say it was the smallest room we have ever stayed in in over 35 years of holidaying. Also our balcony was directly facing a rebuild of another hotel with cranes directly in front if us. If I had known this at the time of booking I would not have gone to this hotel

Hotel Sandos El Greco \"zyskuje przy bliższym poznaniu\". Położony jest w ładnej zatoczce, w lipcu woda cieplutka. Hotel posiada strefę ELITE niedostępną dla Polaków z opaskami all (strefa ta daje możliwość korzystania z baru klimatyzowanego i leżaków położonych pod drzewami i na sztucznej trawie z bezpośrednim zejściem na plażę). Dla reszty wczasowiczów leżaki dostępne na betonowym podłożu przy małym basenie i bliskością baru z bardzo dobrą obsługą. Leżaki na plaży dodatkowo płatne (25 euro) lub w dowolnym miejscu na piaseczku. Obsługa w hotelu bardzo uprzejma. Pokoje różne (my mieliśmy na piątym piętrze z widokiem bocznym na morze i dachy), na niższych piętrach różnie (jedni znajomi mieli od parkingu, a drudzy \"bez widoku\"). Pokoje czyste, miło urządzone z lodówką (którą zapełniamy sami - jeśli potrzebujemy), przy sprzątaniu panie pozostawiają jedną wodę mineralną. Za dodatkową opłatą sejf. W pokoju znajduje się też klimatyzacja, bez której nie byłoby możliwe spanie (bardzo duża wilgotność i wysoka temperatura w lipcu).

This hotel fell far from the 4star stated by TUI. the housekeeping was poor. The staff took ages to sort any issues. Extra charges we were not made aware of (except the tax). Building works apparent. Food was very basic and repetitive. Dining area was not consistent with people having to give room numbers.
