    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just returned from an amazing two-week stay at Sandos, and what an incredible holiday it was! The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the beach is gorgeous, and there is always something to do. While some of the rooms are a little dated, this honestly didn't take away from our experience in the slightest. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, and we spent very little time in them anyway because there was so much to enjoy around the resort. The entertainment was some of the best we've ever experienced at an all-inclusive hotel. There was always something happening during the day and evening, and the quality of the shows and activities really exceeded our expectations. A special mention has to go to the daytime entertainment team. Every single member of staff was so friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming. They created such a fun atmosphere around the pool and always encouraged everyone to join in without ever being pushy. The restaurants were another real highlight. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and some of the meals we had in the à la carte restaurants were genuinely some of the best we've eaten at a hotel. There was plenty of variety, everything was well presented, and the quality was fantastic.

    Not child friendly or family friendly Average service unless you paid for a further upgrade to the hotel to join the royal elite club. Closed facilities to guests to provide facilities to the royal elite gala dinner in the evening. Raised issue with the hotel and they weren’t interested unless I wanted to join the royal elite club. Did not see or hear from the TUI rep at all whilst at the hotel. Hotel was spread over a large area (not a problem) as the hotel provided a shuttle service. There was only 2 shuttles used to complete this service but they only carried 9 guests at a time and sometimes you would have to wait up to 4 shuttles before there was space. There was no etiquette or queuing system it was just a free for all that hotel staff did not manage. There was no family entertainment before the main show that started at 9pm. There was no assistance or interest from the entertainment staff/TUI rep for use of the kids club. The teens club was closed for refurbishment. There was no prior notification of this and it was one of the reasons that this hotel was picked. The daily entertainment from the hotel staff was aqua aerobics at noon and then if there was afternoon entertainment provided (which was very very rare) it was all communicated in Spanish therefore we felt that as we did not understand what was happening we did not want to join in. The hotel staff were very difficult to deal with unless we were interested in joining the royal elite club. I was actually followed through the grounds of the hotel by a staff member hounding me to go to a meeting about joining the royal elite club and that if I agreed they would give me financial reward for attending the meeting. This went on for the first 10 days of a 14 day holiday. The TUI app rarely worked or provided solutions for our issues neither did the 24/7 virtual chat.

    Good however some improvements could be made. Maybe some snacks at the pool closest to the family rooms for lunch. And also we went when there were Royal Elite guest Celebrations and our evening entertainment was altered because of this which didn’t feel that great if I’m honest.

    There’s no TUI rep at the resort or even one that’s contactable. The resort is borderline ********** showing a clear distain towards British people including children.
