    Room was really spacious, the fridge useful, cleaned every day, clean towels and everything else that was needed for the stay were plentiful I.e handwashing, shower gel

    Beautifully refurbished hotel. Staff amazing. Cleanliness good…however a massive concern for us was the fact that you had not told us in your hotel info that dogs were allowed to stay at the hotel! And more concerning, after reading the info on the hotels actual website, it did not specify that dogs were accommodated in certain rooms in the hotel. My husband suffers with pet allergies and did nothing but cough and sneeze all the time we were at the hotel. Then we realised that a dog could have stayed in the room before us. And, there were rugs on the floor at each side of the bed! There were also some really bad hygiene issues where guests actually allowed their animals to sit on the tables. One night even changing their dogs nappy at the table! I did try to take a discreet photo but obviously had to be careful.. the dog is in the photo but not the clarity of what was happening… food was also an issues… poor quality and absolutely NO allergy warnings on anything. We never knew what was in the food. And as the hotel had 95% of its guests as French, everything was in French… I could bite into what looked like a syrup glazed pastry to find it filled with chopped nuts! Lucky food allergies are not an issue for us. And I have found a new dish. Having questioned the Customer Service Manager about finding Golden Sultanas in my Chilli Co Carne at lunch..I was told no… that’s cooked ‘ Tunisian style’ … so I could not see us staying at this hotel again…which is a pity … as they say… the bones are there but it needs serious flesh to be put on those bones…

    “Toujours un plaisir de retorner au Seabel Alhambra”

    C'est la troisième fois que nous y allons. La qualité et le choix des buffets est à souligner . Il ne faut en aucun cas rater le passage à l'espace bien-être et profiter d'un des nombreux massages proposés. Nous y retournerons certainement
