    The staff in the restaurant and pool bar were rude. The restaurant manager confronted us about wearing flip flops and made us feel very uncomfortable. There was no air con in bedroom except in the main living area of room which meant the kids were freezing on their uncomfortable beds with minimal sheets whilst we were hot in the bedroom - with decent covers. Kids zone had activities that were broken - air hockey and wasn't clear how to access the other games parts. There was no kids activities for those over 7. No entertainment throughout the day except for our last day - pool aerobics. Only activity in evening were poor singers at pool bar which lacked seating for those after dinner. There were people using the pool after 7pm and then sitting on the pool bar chair cushions making it wet for those who had finished dinner. Smoking area was all around the pool bar making it unpleasant for non smokers and the kids. Restaurant staff weren't very forthcoming asking if you wanted more drinks and it felt an inconvenience asking.

    “Reiseerlebnis bei einer TUI-Buchung”

    Das Hotel ist etwas älter, aber gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und beim Essen und Trinken findet man immer etwas. Zudem gibt es Markengetränke. Leider herrscht derzeit Baulärm, so dass einige Zimmer von netten Baumaschinen geweckt werden. Ebenso ist die Terrasse sehr laut (je nachdem, wo man liegt).

    Lovely hotel, the staff are great. Everything was perfect. I’d just add that I wish they would perhaps cater to the English guests a little bit better like maybe using proper sausages at breakfast and Heinz beans.
