The door would not lock. the sink fell out of the counter top. the seats on chairs on the balcony were stretched, giving the impression that they wouldn't hold our weight. the tables in the lobby were beaten and battered and needed replacing. there were insufficient chairs in the lobby for the number of people who wanted to sit.

Everything was amazing. Our only comment for improvement is lack of information provided by TUI and hotel staff about the restaurants that are available within the holiday package. There are two restaurants at the hotel - Oceana and Portofino and two restaurants at the hotel next door an Asian and a Bulgarian which need to be booked and were only open on certain days which we were not made aware of. There is an additional restaurant on the beach Seaside Grill which even if you are not a preferred guest you can book if you pay a nominal E.15pp. Had this information been made known to us either prior to arrival by TUI or by hotel staff at check in, we would have been able to plan our meals better and make reservations in time to not miss out on the opportunity to eat at certain restaurants.
