    “Beste hotellet”

    Dette er uten tvil det beste hotelloppholdet vi har hatt. God mat og drikke, store og rene rom, ingen kamp om solsenger, rolig atmosfære og trivelig ansatte. Område rundt er litt øde, så er man ute etter liv og røre så burde en lete videre. For oss var dette en fantastisk uke som dekket alle våre behov. Vil veldig gjerne tilbake!

    The hotel was excellent. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed and with such soft pillows. I'd really like to buy them here in the UK but the label simply says SECRETS, ie the name of the hotel. So if you can point me to some way of buying them I'd give you an extra star! On the down side the sunbeds were not that comfortable with horizontal metal bars placed at pressure points so it meant adjusting yourself to keep comfortable. These are worse than other sunbeds I've used at less plush hotels. Also the metal frame got so hot that one of our party burned her toe (blister) when sleeping! By contrast there was a \"Preferred\" area who automatically had 4 inch thick mattresses! Why not have them for everyone, then I wouldn't have to complain to you about it? Surely they could even have been rented out like the towels, or even at a small premium to those like myself who would have really liked them for our comfort - plus my friend would not have burned herself on the metal frame as she would not have come into direct contact with scorching hot metal!! The hotel was brilliant but the wooden boardwalk outside was broken in several places, in dire need of replacing around 30+ slats. This is the main route for all hotel guests to walk to the local shops and bars in the direction of Sunny Beach. On returning (by now it's dark) the lighting is a bit hit and miss for this wooden path. When you add in the blood alcohol level of the typical reveller returning to the hotel you should anticipate that this is an accident waiting to happen!!!!!!!!!! Surely the hotel (and neighbouring hotels, and/or the local council equivalent) should fix this ASAP!!! It's almost peak season and some swift work could easily sort this out - if only replacing faulty boards for now and then a proper overhaul when more time allows!! Not doing so is simply illogical and I would expect TUI to be appropriately concerned. Please check it out for yourselves - especially after dark.

    Most things excellent but I am vegetarian and it was difficult to get vegetarian core dishes for meals. I ate a lot of cheese, it would have been impossible for vegans. Sunbeds were very uncomfortable and the furniture in the patio needs better padding.
