    We thoroughly enjoyed many aspects of our vacation, particularly the beautifully maintained grounds, cocktails by the pool and lobby bar, and memorable dining experiences at Meraki and Coco Café. The staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly and attentive, with the Coco Café team standing out for their excellent coffee, pastries, and personalised service. Our dining experiences at Meraki, especially the Hibachi dinner, were exceptional thanks to the fresh, high-quality food, attentive service, and enjoyable atmosphere. However, we felt the buffet meals lacked variety and a sense of luxury, which could be improved. Both outbound and inbound flights were comfortable and hassle-free, with smooth airport experiences. Most airline staff were helpful, although there was one disappointing incident on the inbound flight when my partner was served tea in a cracked cup, causing a burn to his leg. When we raised this with a crew member, the response lacked empathy or apology. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at a beautiful hotel and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

    This was our second time at secret tides. The food at breakfast had changed and not for the better. The service at breakfast had declined very hit and miss. We were preferred at the hotel which cost a lot extra. The staff were great really but breakfast was a disappointment in the preferred restaurant.
