Food and drinks very poor - repetitive, cold, no variety. Drinks very weak, soft drinks very watered down. No information given at the hotel, just a list of additional charges. Discovered activities later in the week. Tea/coffee extra. First room had no balcony, just a concrete room with a window, asked to change and shouted at by reception staff and told to move immediately. No toilet rolls provided - asked at reception and treated like we’d requested a luxury item. Sheets not changed during entire 10 day stay Reception staff very rude, no apology for above issues No kettle in the room - very unusual for a 4 star This hotel is no more than a 3 star

Our Accommodation was very clean and modern. We booked a double room (which says “with balcony or terrace”) however our “balcony” was a roofed enclosed space with a window which was just an extension of the room but without the air con and very claustrophobic so check this on booking. The public areas in the hotel were very modern and welcoming and there were a number of different areas inside and outside to relax in. The food was varied and catered for all nationalities with an extensive range of salads at every meal time. There was a couple of themed nights whilst we were there - Mexican and Asian. Other nights there was always pizza on offer if you wanted something familiar. The all inclusive drinks weren’t great (and I’m not fussy at all). The mixers were really strong and the alcohol weak possibly the worst all inclusive drinks I’ve had. You could however have the well known brands at a reduced cost. The hotel has 4 pools - 2 of which you have to book and pay for. It took us about 3 days to find our way around and discover all these areas and also where the daily activities take place. Aqua boxing was my favourite! There is a gym and beach towels which you just need to pay a returnable deposit for. The centre of Supetar is a short 5 min walk and there are a number of restaurants, bars and shops. Supetar has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The beach is pebbles and rocks so beach shoes are recommended! There are also different bays to explore and relax in. The evening entertainment took place in 4 different parts of the hotel whilst we were there, the dome, the amphitheatre, the pool and the bar area so best to check or just follow your ears! We didn’t travel with children but the kids pool areas were lovely and the entertainment crew appeared to work hard to entertain them. This hotel caters for guests of different countries which made it feel like you really were on holiday - if you want fish and chips and sports bars this is not for you but for us this was a great introduction to Croatia and we can’t wait to explore more.

The hotel was very modern and clean with plenty of pools and bars on the complex to choose from. The food was OK but they did seem to get low on quantity and choice at busy times. The package we booked was all inclusive but the range of drinks available was limited. The resort itself was very well kept and organised. Parts of the hotel complex have a number of steps to navigate so it can be a bit of a challenge for wheelchairs and push chairs however, there are ways around which are on the flat but you may have to walk a little further. All in all a nice resort within 10 mi s walking of Supetar the nearest port town and ferry to the mainland.

The food was ok, but it wasn’t completely all inclusive

“Ei neljän tähden paikka”

Vaikea uskoa että olisi vuosi sitten ”kokonaan” uudistettu - esim huoneen avain oli perinteinen (joita sai respasta lisää pyytämällä). Huone oli muuten siisti mutta ahdas neljälle ja pistorasioita latureille jne aivan liian vähän. WC:n ovi oli kömpelö liukuovi ilman kahvaa (eli operoidaan kämmenellä läästimällä) eikä siinä ollut lukkoa ja se jäi puolen senttiä silti auki. Lavuaarin alla ollut pyyheteline tipahti ekana päivänä. Wifi kuului hyvin mutta netin nopeus luokkaa 1M eli striimaus esim Youtubesta ei onnistu - alueella 4G/5G kuului hyvin ja sen nopeus riittävä - roaming päälle! Porraskäytävästä kuuluu keskustelut ja muu kulku ja kopina. Ilmastointi oli tehokas. Parvekkeella pari likaista tuolia mutta ei kuivatustelineitä pyyhkeille ja uikkareille. Ärsyttäviä pikkumaksuja: Tallelokero 1,5e per päivä. Allaspyyhkeet maksavat 20e per pyyhe koko ajalta mutta takaisin saa vain 5e. Neljältä hengeltä siis maksoin 60e pyyhkeistä. Omat pyyhkeet siis voi olla paras vaihtoehto. Ruoka oli perustasoa ja about samaa joka päivä. Mehut eivät ole tuoremehua ollenkaan vaan pelkkää ”juissia”. Lounaan ja päivällisen välinen ”snack” oli mitätön. En suosittele all inclusivea, muitakin päivällispaikkoja alueella on. Kaupungin omistama pitkä ja kapea ranta on sileää pikkukiveä ja oli oikein suosittu.
