The food was ok, but it wasn’t completely all inclusive

Vaikea uskoa että olisi vuosi sitten ”kokonaan” uudistettu - esim huoneen avain oli perinteinen (joita sai respasta lisää pyytämällä). Huone oli muuten siisti mutta ahdas neljälle ja pistorasioita latureille jne aivan liian vähän. WC:n ovi oli kömpelö liukuovi ilman kahvaa (eli operoidaan kämmenellä läästimällä) eikä siinä ollut lukkoa ja se jäi puolen senttiä silti auki. Lavuaarin alla ollut pyyheteline tipahti ekana päivänä. Wifi kuului hyvin mutta netin nopeus luokkaa 1M eli striimaus esim Youtubesta ei onnistu - alueella 4G/5G kuului hyvin ja sen nopeus riittävä - roaming päälle! Porraskäytävästä kuuluu keskustelut ja muu kulku ja kopina. Ilmastointi oli tehokas. Parvekkeella pari likaista tuolia mutta ei kuivatustelineitä pyyhkeille ja uikkareille. Ärsyttäviä pikkumaksuja: Tallelokero 1,5e per päivä. Allaspyyhkeet maksavat 20e per pyyhe koko ajalta mutta takaisin saa vain 5e. Neljältä hengeltä siis maksoin 60e pyyhkeistä. Omat pyyhkeet siis voi olla paras vaihtoehto. Ruoka oli perustasoa ja about samaa joka päivä. Mehut eivät ole tuoremehua ollenkaan vaan pelkkää ”juissia”. Lounaan ja päivällisen välinen ”snack” oli mitätön. En suosittele all inclusivea, muitakin päivällispaikkoja alueella on. Kaupungin omistama pitkä ja kapea ranta on sileää pikkukiveä ja oli oikein suosittu.

1)Cold food this was brought to the Tui reps attention he seemed surprised which I found odd as he used to eat in the restaurant . 2)Wine was so bad and you had to pay for Prosecco which was 30 euros a bottle. Cocktails were un drinkable Had to pay for a lot of drinks as not all the drinks were All inclusive and then when we ordered a mojito no mint andhardly any alcohol which we paid for. 3)there was a bar as wardrobe with sign saying mind your head so obviously a hazard and it was in front of mirror There were Shelves for clothes no drawers. 4)Only two excursions from hotel all the rest you had to make your own way to split even when we don’t know where the hotels for pick up are located and the rep didn’t explain where hotel pick ups were he just said you make your own way to split, he wasn’t really interested in booking these trips 5)Safe in room you had to pay for and then we couldn’t fit our iPads in it which is a first for us 6)Had to pay for hot drinks like cappachino, americano and latte this was not included within your holiday although they had jugs of coffee which were free and you could stand your spoon in it. 7)It would of been a much better experience if Tui had several vans to take the cases on ferry (or the coach went on ferry ) as we had to hold them going up a escalator and then coming down they turned the escalator off I just couldn’t hold the case and to be fair the Tui rep took mine and another lady’s how he carried them both I will never know. This whole situation I believe to be dangerous as I nearly fell down the escalator with my case.

I will put in a complaint about the hotel - housekeeping service not good - no change of bedding in 10 days, had to ask for toilet rolls & towels, food average & cool, reception staff not very helpful, shower not draining, extra costs for some things so not ALL inclusive, loud music in evening, second restaurant advertised but not open, room average for 4-star, Tui Rep not very helpful.

The description wasn't accurate. I need a fridge and kettle for my medications and neither were in the room. The receptionist was lovely and provided us a kettle and she stored my Insulin in their fridge behind reception.
