    Food very poor quality especially for restaurants. Buffet was normally better. Drinks staff had poor English often didn’t understand you and poured drinks very strong and often couldn’t drink many of them.

    The hotel doesn’t have enough sun beds for the size of the place. The plates and glasses were always running out in the restaurant. The restaurant was full of flys that were on the food. Very poor air conditioning in main areas of the hotel. We thought evening entertainment was poor Kids club really poor and unsecure the door was left open and the desk unsupervised. Only one staff member on that just disappeared for ages. Daytime entertainment rude for a kids friendly hotel 60% of staff rude in the hotel Lots of unused space around the hotel

    The room was clean and well serviced. We upgraded to the preferred elite section at an expense of over £600 but we were not offered an upgraded room. We had to request bath robes. We were at the hotel for my niece's wedding, which I must say was beautiful and the meal on the beach was excellent. My sister-in-law spoke to reception as there were no welcome pack pieces in the bathroom. The coffee machine had to be replaced twice as the one in the room was not working properly. No iron available, it was a steamer which didn't work properly and wasnt replaced when requested. The hotel complex is very large and not suitable for anyone with mobility restrictions. I requested a wheel chair, as I was unable to walk the long distance to the restuarants. All in all it was a reasonable complex but somewhat confusing as to what you are entitled to even after upgrading as there are several levels of entitlement There was very little entertainment in the evening and even less notification as to what was available. We did manage to find a notice board which was stuck away in a corner near to the toilets surkly that should be by the entrance to the dinning buffet where most people visit at least twice a day

    “Hotel/Eten”

    Het hotel was zeker niet slecht, vriendelijk personeel, proper op kamer, WC 's rond zwembad niet echt proper. Het eten was niet erg gevarieerd en de charcuterie was niet gekoeld, wat wel nodig was met de warmte, dit vonden we raar.

    For the money, there are equal resorts in other carribbean destination offering better food choicces and entertainment. No complains generally but the service is very tailored towards spanish speakers. Our drinks orders were regularly forgotten and/or not taken and staff actively waited on other tables better during our stay.
