Some cleanliness around some areas

It had everything we needed and was spacious. The beds were comfortable also

The hotel was great. Clean, modern and great facilities. The room was a good size with everything you could need. The entertainment staff went above and beyond and made everyone feel valued. The food at the hotel was great quality, plentiful and a good variety.

We came here last year and it was amazing! Literally no faults. Me and partner decided to come back again which we don’t normally do. We do one place and move to the next but we enjoyed it so much we thought we would come back. My expectations were high due to last year however i did feel let down this year. I hate to be a moaner but there was a couple of things that stood out to us, the floor in multiple places were cracked and a few also had holes in. The pools floor was all cracked and broken and quite sharp in some places. On Tuesday the drinks machines by the pools were not working for a good portion of the day. Also on Thursday the drinks machine by the infinity pool and by the toilets were out of order all day. The room was also a bit dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned properly stains on the sink and in the shower. The main pool where the steps are, the bar to help you into the pool is also very unsteady and moves from side to side when you’re trying to hold onto it. The women’s poolside toilets were also a mess most days, no toilet roll, taps not working or blocked sinks. Despite this the staff were amazing as always and the food always tasted fresh. We still had a good time and enjoyed what we could but maybe the maintenance needs to be improved.

Każde wyjście na basen czy kolację wymaga pokonania sporego dystansu i każdorazowej przesiadki między dwiema windami, co przy poruszaniu się z wózkiem dziecięcym bywa bardzo uciążliwe. ​Oferta All-Inclusive: Liczba dodatkowo płatnych opcji poza pakietem podstawowym jest zaskakująco duża, a wybór darmowych drinków w cenie jest dość mocno ograniczony. ​Nieproszeni goście: W przestrzeniach wspólnych i na korytarzach zdarza się niestety spotkać karaluchy. ​Podsumowując – mimo kilku organizacyjnych minusów oraz faktu, że cena za pobyt jest wysoka, Servatur Puerto Azul to bardzo ładny, zadbany i zdecydowanie godny polecenia hotel na udane wakacje.
