Every single staff member was absolutely fantastic with us and our 5 month old. They were cheerful and eager to help every step of the way. Wet weather entertainment was somewhat limited (understandably). Some services were wound down for end of season despite still accepting us as guests which could be disappointing to some

The hotel wasn’t a 4 star & the hotel staff rushed you out at breakfast

Booking in ok and taken to room. No lift in hotel which was fine for us but an awful lot of steps for a majority of persons not really fully explained in brochure. Room nice and sea view but not 5 Star if taken across the board more like 4 star. After 2 days we were told to repack and move rooms due to a leak. It was a slightly upgraded room which was nice. However we still lost a whole day of having a room as could not collect keys until 5 pm. Food was well cooked but choice limited with no water or coffee provided with meals unless you paid for it at inflated prices. For a large hotel there was no activities or any form of entertainment or music in evening or by bar area. Only chess in the lounge. TV in room had only 1 limited English channel if that. Accommodation was clean and staff friendly Shuttle bus was frequent and greatly appreciated to beach and town. Bus service very good to Skiathos town and back. Lovely beaches nearby. Tui rep was OK but seemed to dismiss our comments after our trips were cancelled twice and the coach did not collect us again after another evening trip so we had to find our own way home with other passengers

Read my first report for full details. Food awful. Mostly couldn’t find anything worth eating. Tricky stairs from our room to the restaurant with grease covered hand rail Not enough inside seating when it rained Sun beds VERY close together. Not value for money.
