    Fantastic hotel, very clean. Friendly staff, superb views. Lovely food. I found the drinks quite expensive but I thought that was the case all over the island

    Shabby bathroom, Seal around basin gross and chipped tiles on floor. bathroom door and frame not able to close easily. Very expensive bar service. Very Long steep drive to hotel or steep steps down. Young female given an adjoining door to room with a stranger and thumb turn lock broken & bedding stained video & photo taken expected more from 5star unhappy with way treated by staff at first would not change her room spent ages complaining Manager not available!!! Then eventually they did change the room because I was very cross -but they originally said fully booked which was a lie. Spent money on local buses to go into Trolous for Tavernas in evening which were better and better prices than local taverna. A very big hotel lots of walking and stairs no lift (but we knew this) but worst than we thought. I would not return or recommend this hotel positive - it had nice views. Skiathos is a beautiful island.
