The rooms wasn't as shown on the description. To have a sea view we had to pay 35euros per night. You had to pay 40 euros for the safe. There was no water readily available unless you bought it, oryou could have q little cup, they would not foll your water bottle up either. The food was the same most days, after being on a strict diet, I then had to have chips most days so I could eat. I feel like my whole weight loss journey has been a waste of rime now.

Fantastic location and hotel was perfect for our first family holiday with an 11 month old. Food wasn’t great, heavily salted making it difficult to find something for baby to eat and bottled water wasn’t included which was disappointing

We passed by many hotels on the way to and from the airport, and I can honestly say that this is one of the best locations on the island, especially on the Ciutadella side. The hotel is located practically on the beach. There is only a small staircase separating the pool area from the sea. There is no need to rent expensive sunbeds on the beach, as the hotel’s sunbeds are located just a few metres from the water. The hotel is very clean. It is not a new, but the staff do a great job of maintaining cleanliness and quickly dealing with any small issues whenever needed. For a hotel of this category, the food was very impressive. There was a good selection of seafood, fish, different types of meat, side dishes and desserts. Everything was tasty, and there was always enough food available, even at the end of lunch or dinner service. The drinks at the bar are average, mainly local alcohol, but they are absolutely in line with the price and the hotel category. The beach next to the hotel is amazing: beautiful white sand and incredibly clear, crystal water. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages - the marina, bars and shops are nearby, making it easy to enjoy an evening walk. Boat excursions depart from the marina, and Ciutadella town is only around 15 minutes away by taxi. On the beach near the hotel, you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds, and there are also plenty of water activities available, such as catamarans, paddle boards, kayaks and more. It was an amazing holiday! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

the hotel is in a fantastic location short walk to shops, bars and restaurants with direct beach access. It was very clean and staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic and comfortable with air conditioning and a small fridge. Food was a bit hit and miss but you could always find something to eat, we ate out most evenings.

Good value, great hotel and resort - would recommend - only issue was delayed return flights ( this has been a common issue on past 3 holidays regardless of where we’ve been )
