Bathroom far too small and in need of updating.

Firstly was given upstairs apartment when requested a downstairs due to knee replacement operation. But hotel response was first come first served was told 4 days before we could be moved but reception lady Valerie moved us after 2 days which was a blessing. Beds were very low and mattresses was extremely hard. Fridge was in the bedroom area next to bed. Kitchenette was very old and rusty. Bathrooms were very small and shower cubicle was very small that you turned the shower off with your limbs. Not very mobility friendly as the ramp way to back in hotel was closed at 7pm. So had to use the stairs. Hotel toilets was by stairs only no courtesy room available just pool side shower and downstairs toilets to change in to come home.

Hotel does need upgrading how this is I believe happening at the moment but didn't take away the fact the rooms were very clean and well stocked bathroom very small but didn't cause any problems staff were lovely and helpful pool was very clean and pool area excellent bar lovely

Bed was hard shower was too small ...breakfast was ok...I've heard they fixing the shower situation this winter so it should be better next time ...more thought could be done with the wall kitchen unit was half under the wall cupboard which was very awkward. very clean ( cleaned and bedding and towels done everyday)....but it was ok overall situated in a good area need to advertise bigger with the drinks offers also food needs to be able to eat later than 6pm there...even if limited menu...
