Our grandchildren 1st time abroad. Hotel child friendly plenty of things for them to do entertainment good and food was perfect

Not as advertised, no storage for clothes, towels small and old, only one white sheet on the bed. Fridge with nothing in when all inclusive. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Staff were rude and waits at reception can last from 30 minutes or above just to ask a question. Check in was extremely slow. The water park and park are small and you have to pay to play crazy golf

Poor all inclusive choice, not up to standard with other 4 star resorts. Lacking music/atmosphere around the pool during the day. Room was tiny, far too small for a family of 4 and not obviously clear that we hadn’t paid for balcony room. We would have paid for upgrade if available but hotel was fully booked, we did ask at reception. Room also felt dirty and not value for the price we paid (main bed was 2 camp beds with mattresses on-top, bedding/mattress was really stained and a bad smell coming from the air con for the duration of our holiday). Not up to standard for the price tag. Not worth paying for all inclusive, drinks below standard with annoying paper cup system. The children’s facilities were good (splash slides, mini theme park, soft play) but without this the hotel would have been a real let down. We ante out most of the time and even went out just to have a nice cocktail. Flight had slight delays both on arrival and departure.

Bad toilet paper. Very hot lifts

This was a return trip to Sol Katmandu.After our holiday in 2025 we had certain expectations.Those expectations were met above and beyond.Great place.
