Clean, bright and a lovely bath

Couldn't check in until 4pm- had I known this in advance I would have booked a later flight. Food was ok but could have been better. Cleanliness in the toilets wasn't the best. I reported the upstairs rooms leaking shower which was leaking through our bathroom ceiling 4 times and the issue still wasn't resolved at the end of our holiday.

If you are a fan of the TV series Benidorm then it is great that you can visit where it was filmed at the Sol Pelicanos Ocas Hotel!

Was put in the wrong side of the hotel

The hotel was lovely, food was great but right from when we arrived there was a dirty drain smell in our room. We realised that the smell was coming from the air conditioning unit. I contacted the the reception desk and they sent someone to our room. The smell disappeared for a few hours. I contacted the reception team again to let them know the smell had returned they came back and temporarily fixed it but after a couple of hours the smell returned. I contacted the hotel 5 more times. The smell continued to return within hours of it returned
