Staff extremely rude and unhelpful

The room was dirty

Very slow check-in. Approx 45 minutes waiting in queue. Mis-communication from check-in staff - we were told the pool bar and the cafe at the main pool were part of the all inclusive package. After ordering drinks and getting food, we were told by staff at the venue, they were not. Very embarrassing. Not told about no kettle in the room? We had to pay a £20 deposit and a further £5 for tea and coffees per room??? On the morning we left we were treated to the early continental breakfast. It was a disgrace. Sliced bread and cereal. Very low standard, considering we were not allowed to serve from the regular breakfast, which some had already been presented. On the flight out the entertainment system on seat 16b was not working. It was reported to the stewardess and on the return flight a week later it was still not working. One of our suitcases was damaged on the return flight. BTW - On any flight with an entertainment system I have NEVER had to buy earphones. The final 2 issues were, both our sons, staying in room 2326 were attacked by bed bugs. Bradley was bitten all over with circa 100 bites and Dean was bitten on his arms and back. When we realised it was bed bug bites and reported to hotel reception, the bed was quickly replaced. Extremely embarrassing and itchy for Bradley throughout the holiday.

Staff where helpful if a bit slow with the check in, housekeeping was very good and friendly, food could have been better as not much variation basically the same everyday with maybe just one different dish

The Hotel needs upgrade the best thing about the hotel is the pool. The entertainment was poor and the food was poor
