    We liked the hotel, extremely clean, lovely friendly helpful staff. The food serving staff seemed to be shorthand and you had to wait for food in main restaurant. The food was varied but but repetitive and not hot when served. The food in the pool bar area was superior but was at extra charge. The drinks were hit and miss but relative acceptable. The beach was lovely but I felt stressed looking at the rubbish along shore line and in the sand i.e. plastic bottle tops, cigarette **********'s, plastic bottles. There were bins along beach but it seems this part of world has not heard of 'leave no trace'. The hotel security and beach bar staff did tidy and bin rubbish by sunbeds. Otherwise, lovely beach ⛱️ Sousse it's self towards Medina is very run down and lots of big empty derelict hotels. More affluent prettier area the other way towards Marina.

    entertainment well all I can say good evening ladies and gentlemen everything else was spoken in a different language. the food was cold . im vegetarian and unless you like pasta there wasn't a good choice. alot of the staff serving the food was rude and ********** toward the English serving other people before us althoughwewere queuing. children in the restaurant were sticking their fingers in the food and leaving it , we told the waiter and was asked what you want me to do about it ? our room was ok when the maintenance came out to fix the blocked sick , the tv and the kettle. when we reported everything that was wrong to the operations manager she offered us a upgraded room and a free massage each also she said its only TUI that made there hotel a 4* they say its a 5* i would says its a 3 I will never go back to that hotel

    Hotel bardzo slaby, moze 3* ale nie 5. Brudno wszedzie, w restauracji braki w jedzeniu ale i czystych szklankach i talerzach. Na plazy w wodzie plywaja smieci a takze odpady hotelowe- resztki warzyw i owocow. Obsluga bardzo asertywna i przecietna. Lezak na basenie mozna miec jedynie poprzez lapowke dana ratownikowi.

    Food was the same every day/night and both of us became ill with diarrhoea/food poisoning because of it. However the facilities and friendly customer service from the staff made up for our stay the most.
