    Flott resort med utrolig hyggelige ansatte,nydelige omgivelser,alltid ting som skjer,perfekt for barnefamilier!Kjempegod mat,men ikke så stas med kattene som flyr rundt ved måltider.

    We booked a hotel room with a balcony however when we got to our room it was very small with a double bed and 2 single beds. No balcony just a dirty pathway with a table and No Chairs. I explained to reception that I booked a room with a balcony they said i didn't at first but when I showed them my TUI app they then said they had no more rooms and to come back tomorrow to inquire if there was another room. Pool towel service is shocking, we had to pay a deposit of €45 for 3 towels, ive never had to pay for this in any other hotel, you have to pay this deposit at reception and then they give you a card and you have to walk over to the main pool to collect and drop off towels. We couldn't get our deposit back as the towel service closed at 5pm. Ques for tables in the main restaurant are a nightmare and then thats before you que for food. Bar staff are all lovely and friendly as well as the cleaning staff. Reception staff are rude and very unhelpful. Over all I wouldn't return to this hotel for the above reasons. Loved morocco and will definitely go back

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Accommodation – Absolutely Loved It! I was so happy with the accommodation! Everything was fantastic, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable, and everything was well looked after. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt so comfortable throughout our holiday and had the most amazing time. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday, and I would happily return again. Thank you for making our stay so special! ❤️

    While the grounds are definitely worthy of 5 stars, the accommodation was fine the staff mostly fantastic 😀 food ok, it dramatically fell down in the pool snack bar and all round drink service. The pool snack bar we used when we arrived to be told only chicken burgers so we took them. They where stone cold as where the chips. We only used the snack bar 1 more time on the Sunday as we had been out and taught the buffet is closed. Told no beef burger so I took chicken burger and panni for husband and child. The 2 of these where not heated probably and the burger was stone cold and bun hard. We where sat at the pool bar and I saw beef burger s come out so I went to get one. One bit these where also stone cold meaning they had been cooked and left out so it was possible 10 mins earlier when I asked for 1 I could have got it ??? Either way I had bathroom issues the next day. The biggest thing for us was the pool bar only had beer or soft drinks granted the other bar is a short walk away , but service here the majority of the time took up to 30 plus mins. For the amount of people staying in the hotel this bar should have had more than 2 staff. By the way they worked there buts off. I did send a message One night on the app about this. Up to 30 mins waiting to be served is not good enough. While I agree with the q system and 3 drinks per person' it is extremely frustrating when it's just me my husband and child. One of us has to go inside and waith up to 30 mins to be served while the other looks after child. Would not bring her in to que. U have travelled to a few different destinations with yerselfs, another travel agent and places I have booked myself and never had to wait that long. I understand people get injured sick and need there time off, but these bars are understaffed at the best of times
