    The rating on this hotel is definitely not 4 1/2 stars and has only been given because of water park. A lot of improvements to be made for money!

    “Fantastyczne rodzinne wakacje”

    Zakwaterowanie bardzo komfortowe, wręcz ekskluzywne - do dyspozycji mieliśmy 2 poziomowy apartament, z osobną sypialnię wyposażoną w małżeńskie łóżko - mega wygodne i osobna w pełni wyposażoną łazienkę z kabiną prysznicową, a na dole bardzo przestronny salon z kolejnym łożem małżeńskim i jeszcze jednym pojedynczym łóżkiem, do tego kolejna łazienka z wielkim przysznicem i taras .

    It is very pricey and the rooms are basic and have literally no storage at all. Not even a place to put your soap or toothbrush. No wardrobe, just a single rail for clothes and 2 small drawers. No bedside table. Literally drove us mad as we were there for 2 weeks. Mentioned it to the TUI rep who said that they are aware of the problem. Aware maybe but obviously not enough to do anything about it. The price you are paying is for unlimited access to the waterpark and wave pool which to be fair is very good. The food was okay most of the time but there was no sauce or gravy with it most of the time. But not bad overall for all inclusive. The bar service shuts at midnight but it's a con because after 11pm they charge you for drinks until midnight. More money to spend

    One problem I had was on one morning, quite early a hotel member let themselves in to our apartment - clearly the wrong one - my children were sleeping downstairs and I ran down in a panic. Unacceptable
