    The hotel was great, room was nice and clean and the shower was excellent. Evening entertainment was well below the standard I would have expected for the money paid. The bar staff seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than keeping the bar clean or even offering a smile when serving. The biggest issue was the amount of wasps everywhere, you could not sit comfortably around the pool, on your balcony even in the restaurant without being constantly being hounded by them.

    I was not very happy with the holiday as the food was poor. The entertainment was horrendous the children’s entertainment might as well have not bothered we only had 1 bed change when we was there for 14 nights my baby had an accident in the cot and no clean sheets was given which resulted in her having to share a bed with me. The fridge in the room was leaking water so had to leave a towel on the floor which soaked up the water. I complained about the room next door been noisy and nothing was done about at all and it continued for the last 6 days of our holiday which resulted in my 2year old been woken up several times through the night so was extremely tired the next day.. I will NOT be returning there at all overall I was appalled of the holiday and it was ruined

    It wasn’t very clean, the staff were grumpy and they’re were wasps everywhere! There was even a fight in the reception right next to my partner and one year old son playing one evening where drinks were thrown and punches were happening forcing my partner and 1 year old son into a corner!
