An unusual set up at the hotel, accommodation and reception at one location, accommodation and restaurant next door and pool and beach across the road. This made no real difference to the experience. Hotel staff were 5 star. Everything was spotless, bedrooms,corridor's,restaurants and pool.

Pokoje TYLKO 1 osobowe bez drzwi do szaf i lazienki, waskie male lozko, pokoj ciemny, waskid drzwi balkonowe wychodzace na sciane sasiedniego budynku, smrod z kanslizacji, halas od ruchliwej szosy. Po interwencji w recepcji po 2 dniach pokoj zmieniono na lepszy.

I was put in a room with doors that may as well not gave been on. The noise was horrific next to motorway. The room was minute and dark. Lights had to be kept on. The air conditioning unit was drained via a tube out through a hole in wall which led to a plastic carton to collet the excess water. These were on the 2nd floor where I was originally placed in room 37. I have already had legionaires disease once before from an air conditioning leak in a Tui hotel in the Dominican Republic when I was employed by your company and advised not to sue as might lose my job. I paid to be moved out of room 37 at The Stalis Hotel because of the noise and tiny dingy conditions. It cost me €135 for which it was deemed by yourselves and the hotel I had requested an upgrade. I had not. I requested being put in a room that was adequate for me to spend my holiday for the money I had already paid to Tui. Clearly when Tui are checking out these hotels like they used to when I used to worked for them they have let their standards drop. I and the 9 other girls I travelled with on that holiday whk all booked single rooms will not book withTui sgain. They came and checked room 37 and could not believe that I was expected to stay in there. You have not offered to refund my €135 as dug your heels in, but that does not matter as Jet 2 will get our bookings in future. I was also lied to when I was told a rrp would be present in resort. I never seen any rep the whole time I was there, and when we asked the reception about Tui rep they just said no one ever comes to the hotel. You need to review your hotel descriptions in the brochures and let poeople know they could end up in a room with a dangerous air con make shift system.

Basic rooms and all inclusive, room electricity shorted every few minutes but that was only issue apart form only 20 sunbeds which caused aggro every day so paid to go on beach
