Room was clean enough after we had changed on the second day. Hotel grounds especially the pool areas very dirty and neglected. Broken sunbeds, the mattresses a discace, ripped and full of stains. Floor around pools never cleaned. The dining area come bar looked like a truck stop cafe and the food was mainly cold and inedible. Drinks were watered down and the bar staff were miserable and never spoke. The so called entertainment stopped after a couple of nights and it was dead after that. All in all one of the worst holidays we have ever had.

Schönes kleines Familienhotel mit sehr gutem Service. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber wer auf Kontakt zu anderen Urlaubern hofft, wird enttäuscht. Die Nationalitäten bleiben strikt unter sich und wir waren die einzigen Deutschen.

Both outbound and return flights were good. The only criticism would be that when the pilot made announcements you couldn't hear what he was saying. The Stamos Hotel staff were brilliant. Very helpful and went above and beyond when one member of our group was poorly. I was disappointed to find out that the Tui representative was not available during our stay. One lady in our group was very poorly and it would have been nice to have somebody there to assist. The on line service through the app was very good and they assisted by giving us the number of a local doctor. He came to the hotel and advised she went to hospital. After a 3 hour check up at the hospital she was released with a prescription. I am pleased to say she is well on the road to recovery and it didn't spoil her holiday. Thanks go to the Greek medical service they were very efficient. The hotel staff were very helpful and very friendly throughout the stay. The apartments basic but perfectly adequate.
