    Service from most of the staff wasn’t great very poor unless I was tipping them Hotel wasn’t very clean for example there roof top adult pool floor was smothered in dirt and slimy and had bird poo in it the whole time we was there (10 days) Room was dirty when we arrived Mini bar only worked while room key was in the slot next to the door so we always had warm drinks Was broken glass under the bedside table Entertainment was very poor Food was the same options every night it’s undercooked chicken in two occasions Roof top a la carte reasturant was very poorly staffed and service was very poor after telling the waiter multiple times I didn’t want to pay extra for a live cooking experience the service we received was a joke of if I was paying for the meal I would of walked out A glass was smashed and the waiters kicked it under the table and some bits landed next to my partners foot and they waited around 15-20mins for housekeeper to turn up to clear the mess up Tui rep didn’t give us any infomation that was useful just wanted to sell us excursions Door handle on balcony was very loose Struggled to book a al cartes as was on a touch screen pad which wasn’t working most of our holiday and reception can’t do it for u have to go to another desk which no one was sitting at every time we checked and wasn’t given a time they would be there just got told to check later on multiple days Many staff members at bar mainly in the white shirts u would ask for a drink and they would go get another member of staff to make them for u as the white shirts staff are senior to the others in the polo tops Cocktails was discussing and always tasted different On the bright side the Italian reasturant was brilliant food was amazing staff very friendly and welcoming

    Out dated, standard room was below standards, not very clean. I purposely left some toothpaste on the top by the sink and it remained there for the full 7 days, the dust in the room was horrendous
