    Recommended

    The hotel was clean and tidy, good variety of food and additional restaurant opportunities within the all inclusive. Water park was a great bonus ( although on the last full day some jets were clearly tired from a busy season and a slide was out of use). The staff are what made the hotel, polite, courteous and welcoming. Our kids were excited to see certain members of staff dotted around the resort, demonstrating the enthusiasm the staff put into their jobs. They also support your attempts to speak greek but service remains the same if you choose to speak English.

    We do not think this hotel is 5*. It’s definitely only a 4*. We still enjoyed the hotel and experience overall but would have preferred to have paid for a 4* as that is what we received. It’s the finer details that a 5* hotel has and this just didn’t tick the boxes eg cleaners didn’t clean the room properly, room towels were fraying/ripping, dishes weren’t taken out of room when cleaned, pool towels were going thin, there was occasionally rubbish still behind the pool beds in the morning, one of the seats in the buffet restaurant was ripped, pillows were lumpy, evening shows were not of 5* quality. We would return again as it was a lovely experience overall but only if it was downgraded to a 4* price.

    Overall location was not what we expected nothing to do outside hotel complex we were disappointed as it was are first visit to Greece though we were in large hotel and they shared sister hotel merged together were told by staff members at pool areas we were not allowed to use facilities of children areas and we should have been informed when we checked just felt it was expensive holiday for what we experienced no sunbeds daily even though certain guests had same beds and spot daily! They said it was hotel policy to remove towels if people reserved them we only experienced this happen once whilst on holiday entertainment was worst we have ever seen the opa team seemed to make up shows as they went along the 10 days we were there we only saw 2 professional acts one was magic act again pretty poor and the other was Disney dancing act which was ok just expected more from the holiday it was poor value for the money paid we would not return to this hotel
