    Recommended

    The room was small, but was allocated a 3rd floor apartment but due to my husband not been able to climb stairs we had to change to a ground floor, the balcony was small but looked out into one of the three pools

    As a solo traveller I had a studio apartment. Everyone from the cleaners, to restaurant staff to reception staff were really friendly and inclusive

    “Budżetowy hotel - Uwaga”

    Pokoje budżetowe ale z klimatyzacją. Myślę, że śmiało można polecić jak ktoś szuka taniego noclegu. Uwaga na pokoje czteroosobowe - można trafić na konfigurację, w której trzy osoby śpią w jednej małej klitce a czwarta w kuchni :D. Wykupiłem opcję z dwoma sypialniami i jednym salonem i dostałem takie coś na miejscu... Wymiana pokoju udała się na drugi dzień. Hotel twierdził, że nie ma innych pokoi ale to nieprawda - dali nam z dwoma sypialniami po interwencji organizatora wycieczki.

    When booking, we were told there was a 'quiet' pool, adults only. This most definitely was not the case. We were a group of adults only - with no children (hence why the quiet area was important), but from 9am to 11pm there was constant very loud children's music. Any space available had a sun bed. The war for a spare bed was unbelievable! The absolute worst I've ever experienced. If our group had young children, then my views may not be so negative. We were half board. The food was very reasonable, tastey with good choices. However, you were only allowed 1 drink. The food police were very vigilant and complained when we tried to get another cup of water! Not great. Evening meal was exactly the same. Rooms were clean, the staff very polite and helpful. We're not pool dwellers, so we only had breakfast at the resort, then went out for the day. We occasionally had Evening meal, but more often than not, ate locally. Beer at the hotel tasted off, as if the lines had not been cleared for some times - so stick to the bottles if you plan to stay in. I think the all inclusive drinks were draught only. I would not personally stay at the hotel again, even with small children. High ratio of Russian and German guests - with very few British holiday goers.

    Great location, rooms what we booked but not the main building as we thought we'd be in but the side we were in it was quieter & less crowded.
